Litgrid will sign this document with all developers seeking to participate in the tender for the use of marine territory for the development and operation of power plants using renewable energy resources. <\/strong><\/p><p>The National Energy Regulatory Council (NERC) has approved the description of the conditions of the Offshore Wind Tender, which will be announced on November 18. I describe the conditions of the tender, according to which it will be possible to compete for the right to develop power plants in the territory determined by the Government, with the minimum installed capacity of 700 MW and the maximum permitted generating capacity of 700 MW.<\/p><p>Description approved:<\/p><ul><li>the promotion period, during which the transaction price offered by the Tender winner for the annual promoted quantity will be applied - 15 years from the date of issuance of the permit to produce electricity;<\/li><li>The period for submitting the tender documents and the proposal for the desired transaction price for the promoted quantity is from 2024. November 19 until 2025 March 18 (inclusive);<\/li><li>the amount of the tender participant's fee - 400 EUR;<\/li><li>the amount required for the installation of power plants and connection to electricity networks, according to which the Bidder's compliance with the established financial capacity requirement regarding the amount of own capital (in the case of a natural person, the amount of own assets) is assessed, is 3,126 million. Eur.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>Tender participants will be able to compete for the opportunity to receive the proposed transaction price* for the produced electricity 15 years after the issuance of the permit to produce electricity (the highest possible transaction price is 125.74 EUR\/MWh, the lowest is 75.45 EUR\/MWh).
