NERC has set the maximum possible price for the purchase and sale of electricity from renewable sources and the lowest price limit for the transaction

The National Energy Regulatory Council (NERC) approved the highest possible price for the purchase and sale of electricity from renewable resources - 125.74 EUR/MWh and the lowest price limit for the transaction - 75.45 EUR/MWh.

The maximum possible transaction price is determined taking into account the average annual amount of electricity production; average variable and fixed operating costs; average relative investments in the installation of power farms and their connection to the transmission grid, including the development costs of the transformer substation in the land area; the period of application of support; discount rate; useful life of the power farm.

The highest possible transaction price set by NERC, equal to 125.74 EUR/MWh, will be used in the tender for the development of power farms in the maritime area, which will be announced in 2024. November 18 The tenderer will be able to offer the transaction price, which must be higher than the lowest limit (75.45 Eur/MWh) and lower than or equal to the maximum possible transaction price set by NERC. Also, the tenderer has the opportunity to offer a development fee to the state for the development of power farms in the maritime area.
