Electricity transmission system operator Litgrid has announced preliminary conditions for connecting offshore wind park to the electricity transmission grid for an offshore wind park tender, which the National Energy Regulatory Council plans to announce on 9 June, 2025.
The preliminary connection conditions set out the essential requirements for the future developer, which will have to be implemented in order to connect the wind farm to the electricity transmission network. The planned connection point for the offshore wind farm is the Darbėnai substation.
